Student Concierge Team Member Center for Outreach and Impact Moon Campus
The student concierge team provides front-line customer service for all academic schools. They are the main source of school-level information for all prospective students/families and current students. These students maintain a thorough knowledge of the university and their respective school. The goal of the student concierge team is to improve the daily lives of RMU students (from recruitment through graduation) by providing a single source of knowledge for all campus and community information. Members will develop professional skills in communication, time management, personal responsibility and leadership. A concierge team member is an elite campus position that carries prestige and recognition. Members will be seen as the face of their respective academic schools and will be consulted regarding all student school-level initiatives.
Student Mailroom Clerk Business Operations Moon Campus
Mailroom clerks are responsible for handling residential student mail and packages that come into and leave the university. Additional duties include: responding to questions; making referrals; data entry; operating standard office equipment; and operating a cash register. The Student mailroom clerk will utilize a combination of communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Lead a variety of fitness classes to students and staff.
IT Help Desk Technician IT Customer Service Moon Campus
This is an entry level position. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to students with computer systems, hardware, or software issues. You will also respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. Use the University's Ticketing System to document and communicate requests, problems, and issues
Skate Guard, Student Worker Guest Services Island Sports Center
This position monitors the ice during public skate sessions and ensures skaters skate in a safe manner. Must be 16 years of age or older. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 20 hours per week on a regular basis.
