Assistant Director, Media Relations Athletics Media Relations Moon Campus
The Assistant Director, Media Relations will assist with the creation and implementation of overall design strategy across all aspects of the athletic department and is responsible for oversight of all media relations functions for assigned sports, within the guidelines, rules, and regulations of the University and NCAA.
Senior Associate Director of Athletics, External Operations Athletics Administration Moon Campus
Responsible for leading and managing the marketing and revenue component of the organization. Develops, directs, manages and tracks strategic revenue generating objectives for marketing and revenue generation. Directs the daily external operations for the athletics department. Provides leadership and guidance for external strategic initiatives, customer service, fan experience, brand management, licensing, marketing and promotions, merchandising, communications and media relations for the department. Serves as a liaison with external corporate partner entities and department ticket operation activities.
Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance Athletics Administration Moon Campus
The Assistant Director of Athletics Compliance serves as the primary coordinator of Athletics Compliance functions - administering and monitoring the University's day-to-day Athletics compliance program, with respect to NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations. Position will liaise with multiple University offices/departments, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar/Academic Services, and Residence Life, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with NCAA, Conference and University rules. Position maintains oversight of the student-athlete academic eligibility, athletic aid and institutional reporting process, with assistance from the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student Services and in coordination with necessary University offices/departments. Serves as co-advisor for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and assists the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student Services with leadership and career development programming as necessary.
Grants and Institutional Review Board Specialist Research and Grant Administration Moon Campus
The Grants and Institutional Review Board Specialist supports RMU’s research initiatives. The Specialist performs duties related to research and grants activities and the institutional review board. The Specialist must be capable of working independently to determine and set priorities, resolve issues, organize multiple activities and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Maturity, tact and diplomacy are crucial to ensure positive and productive interactions with administrators, faculty, staff, students and the external community.
Assistant Coach, Men's Ice Hockey Men's Ice Hockey Moon Campus
Responsible for the management and administration of the intercollegiate Men’s Ice Hockey program within the guidelines, rules, and regulations of Robert Morris University, the Horizon League, Atlantic Hockey, and the NCAA.

Responsible for the management of all equipment and apparel purchases and game set-up for the men’s hockey program. Works with vendors, coaches and students. This position requires responsibilities with team travel which may include hotel, buses, airplane and team meal reservations. This position may also include duties with video editing and video editing systems. Duties will be expanded as required and will be adjusted based on incumbent’s strengths and weaknesses.
Assistant Coach, Strength and Conditioning, Part-Time Athletics Strength and Conditioning Moon Campus
Responsible for assisting in the implementation of the intercollegiate Strength and Conditioning program within the guidelines, rules, and regulations of Robert Morris University, the Horizon League and the NCAA. This is a part-time, non benefit role which is limited to 950 hours annually and typically works less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.
Radio Production Coordinator Academic Media Center Moon Campus
Robert Morris University’s Academic Media Center (AMC) seeks an outstanding individual to serve as Production Coordinator for the university’s award-winning internet radio station. The principal advisor for experiential learning programs in streaming audio, the Production Coordinator is responsible for preparing students for diverse professional fields including broadcast and on-demand news, sports and entertainment - content development, production, operations, and technology. The coordinator recruits and mentors on air talent, producers, directors, and other production crew. With assistance from graduate and undergraduate student leadership and approval from the AMC director, the Coordinator sets AMC production schedules - reviewing student, faculty, and staff proposals for new programs using center resources, staffing productions, and delivering content to campus stakeholders. The Production Coordinator works with faculty and students to manage content standards, ethical practice, monetization, and community engagement. This is a Part-time, non-benefit eligible position limited to no more than 950 hours in a calendar year.
Athletic Equipment Manager Athletics Administration Moon Campus
Responsible for developing, planning and organizing programs for maintaining and purchasing athletic equipment for all University athletic teams. Prepares and monitors athletic equipment budgets. Assists coaches in purchasing equipment from vendors, maintains athletic equipment, including repair and upkeep, and must possess ability to determine any equipment breakdowns. Maintains inventory and establishes measures for meeting standards for safety and appearance of equipment.
Environmental Services Technician Facilities Environmental Services Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of all university buildings and facilities, including residence halls. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Facilities Specialist II and/or Assistant Directors. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings.
Facilities Specialist Facilities Grounds Moon Campus
The Facilities Specialist serves as the primary laborer of maintenance for the campus waste program and grounds maintenance. Responsible for site amenities and gathering space. Will also be a resource to all other Grounds, Maintenance and Operations of work.
Area Coordinator Office of Residence Life Moon Campus
Under supervision from the Director of the Office of Residence Life, The Area Coordinators for the Office of Residence Life are responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Residence Life Program. The position will take leadership and management responsibility for staff development and residential education. The Area Coordinator provides ongoing supervision to para-professional staff in management of an assigned residential community. Additionally, this position assists the Director in the daily management of the overall Residence Life program. This is a live-in, on-campus twelve (12) month, full-time position.

Project Coordinator - The Black Male Leadership Development Institute (BMLDI) Research and Grant Administration Moon Campus
Project Coordinator for the Black Male Leadership Development Institute. Manage all matters pertaining to the program. This is a part-time grant funded position expected to last from May 2022 through April 2023. This is limited to 950 hours per calendar year and no more than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.
Maintenance Worker IV - Electrician Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management but with a high degree of initiative and independent judgement. This position will handle highly responsible work performing skilled tasks in building and facility electrical systems. This position’s primary expertise will be in electrical/mechanical maintenance, installations, and design and will support as needed on all Robert Morris University electrical system projects. This position ensures that all electrical systems are properly maintained and are in proper operating condition. Head Coach, Women's Bowling Campus Recreation Moon Campus
The women's bowling coach leads one or more of RMU's intercollegiate women's bowling teams. The coach will oversee practices, matches, and will travel with the team to intercollegiate tournaments. This is a part-time not benefit eligible role limited to 950 hours per calendar year and working no more than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.
Head Coach, Men's JV Bowling Campus Recreation Moon Campus
The men's JV bowling coach leads RMU's intercollegiate JV bowling team. The coach will oversee practices, matches, and will travel with the team to intercollegiate tournaments. This is a part time role, not eligible for benefits and limited to 950 hours per calendar year and no more than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.
Admissions Assistant, Corporate Recruitment Admissions - Transfer and Online Moon Campus
This position is responsible for providing support to the Transfer and Online department by working with special student populations, such as, non-traditional students. This position will also work with students taking advantage of RMU’s corporate discounts. Light travel to student recruitment events is required. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. Flexible schedule.
Systems Administrator Enterprise Infrastructure Moon Campus
The Systems Administrator is primarily responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining University enterprise infrastructure systems; including but not limited to: on-premises server and storage systems, cloud computing environments, unified communications systems, and network infrastructure. The Systems Administrator is also responsible for user account management; including but not limited to: creating and managing system permissions and user accounts, implementing and maintaining role-based access controls, and auditing of accounts and permissions to privileged systems. It is expected for the Systems Administrator to be available on-call and after business hours as needed for repairs and maintenance. This position works under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and with a collaborative team of network and systems analysts, engineers, and administrators.
