Are you passionate about fostering inclusivity and empowerment within your community? Are you excited by the prospect of connecting with women in business and enhancing your professional network? If so, we've got an exciting opportunity that blends your academic pursuits with impactful real-world experience!
We're looking for enthusiastic students to play an integral role in our Center's mission, where you can use your creativity, knowledge, and drive to make a difference.
- Engage in meetings with student organizations and the Student Government Association (SGA) to raise awareness of the vibrant M&T Bank Center for Women & Business and foster community involvement.
- Collaborate with the Center’s Student Engagement Intern, to promote engaging content and stories for our Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
- Introduce the Center in SB 101 and SB 250 classes
- Be the face of the Center at QU's buzzing campus events, promoting our inclusive and empowering platform to fellow students.
- Attend the Center’s events (Note: some of the events are conducted on weekends and evenings)
- Participate in active research in the areas connected to the mission of the Center
- Connect with professional organizations and industry leaders, gaining experience and networking opportunities.

Qualifications: |
• Strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to form effective relationships within student organizations and the wider campus community.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, essential for delivering impactful presentations and generating engaging social media content.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), with experience in Office 365 (Forms, OneDrive).
• Prior experience with Canva or InDesign to create visually appealing material is preferred.
