Responsibilities: |

Weekly meetings with the artistic director
-
Assisting production for each concert, including hosting artists, helping with front of house, ushering, serving at receptions

Assisting with marketing, including creating posters, drafting press releases, as well as distributing posters on ground
-
Communicating with artist management
-
Drafting series updates for the Board of Directors
-
Help with growing the series presence within the University and the outside community

Qualifications: |
-
Preferred experience in customer service, digital design (design of posters), producing live events (e.g. concerts, plays, sporting events, lectures, etc.)

Excellent writing skills (formal emails to artist management and Board of Directors)

General marketing skills.

Hours of Position: |
- Averaging 3 hours per week.
- Concert week (November 18-22) may require a few more hours, which will be taken from another week to average out.
