Position Summary: Yeshiva University, a NCAA Division III institution in New York City, and member of the Skyline Conference, is seeking applicants for a part-time assistant women's tennis coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the program.
Position Responsibilities: 
  • Duties include but are not limited to recruitment of prospective student-athletes, student-athlete development, running of training sessions, film breakdown, and match preparation
  • The assistant coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals, and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program
  • Attend practices and matches
Experience & Education Background:
  • A minimum of two years of college, high school, or club coaching experience preferred
  • Recruiting experience a plus
  • Ability to work nights, and Sundays and maintain a flexible work schedule
Skills & Competencies:
  • A commitment to learning NCAA Division III rules and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff and alumni
  • A dedication and commitment to building a successful NCAA Division III women's tennis program
Salary Range: $2,000-$6000
