Position Summary:

The Katz School is seeking a Business Office Associate -Hybrid (Part-Time) to join our team. The incumbent will support the Director of Finance and Administration with procurement, P-card, A/P, vendor management and other operational activities.
This position is classified as Casual Staff, and the hours will vary but will not exceed 19 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the processing of all financial and related transactions including onboarding new vendors, creating purchase orders, paying invoices, and processing expense reimbursements.
*Process new vendor onboarding; submit P.O.s and requisitions for invoice payment; order supplies and materials; update and reconcile tracking spreadsheets *Assist with P-card reconciliation *Assist with the onboarding of incoming and returning graduate student assistants and payroll processing; ensure proper documentation for hiring, reviewing hours, and confirming work assignments; interface with supervising faculty as needed; update and reconcile student assistant tracking worksheet *Assist with monitoring Katzfinadmin email account; follow-up on routine messages; organize, file and archive messages *Assist with managing listservs including subscribing, unsubscribing members *Maintain business office calendar including meetings, to-do lists, deadlines and deliverables; emails and other correspondence *Perform other duties as assigned
