Reporting to the Facilities Services Manager who provides general direction and coordination of work, the Facilities and Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, training, record keeping, and coordination of event preparation and breakdown for Custodial and Maintenance staff. The supervisor oversees the daily operational and personnel activities of the department’s staff, including custodial staff, Mechanics and Trades in campus buildings, including Residence Halls, off-site locations, and grounds. The Facilities Supervisor will also conduct daily campus and building inspections and provide daily inspection reports and feedback to the Manager for Facilities Operations & Maintenance. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
Housekeeping Supervisor Facilites & Maintenance Beren Campus, 245 Lexington Avenue, NY, NY
The Housekeeping Supervisor at the Beren Campus is responsible for day-to-day housekeeping responsibilities, which include the cleaning of academic facilities, labs, offices, cafeterias, and dormitories.
