Yeshiva University announces its proposed new DDS program and is hiring new faculty and staff to support the school. The curriculum will integrate Digital Dentistry techniques to be taught by today’s dental thought leaders and master clinicians. The school plans to provide a unique 36-month dental education program through an innovative “Block” style curriculum, which will ensure in-depth learning and understanding. The Director of Admissions for the dental school at Yeshiva University provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the admissions process. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the admissions team, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process. The Director of Admissions will work closely with academic leadership and university stakeholders to attract and enroll a diverse, talented, and academically qualified student body, enhancing the reputation and impact of the dental school within the healthcare community.

| Position Responsibilities: |
- Strategic Enrollment Planning: Develop and execute an admissions strategy that aligns with the dental school’s mission and enrollment goals, focusing on attracting a high-caliber, diverse applicant pool.
- Recruitment and Outreach: Oversee and lead recruitment initiatives, including campus events, virtual information sessions, and outreach activities aimed at engaging prospective students, pre-dental advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Application Management: Supervise the admissions process, including application review, interview coordination, and selection, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for applicants.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret admissions data to assess trends, inform decision-making, and develop insights for improving recruitment and enrollment practices.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with faculty, academic leadership, and the marketing team to promote the dental school’s programs and create compelling messaging for prospective students.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the admissions team, providing training, feedback, and professional development to ensure high standards of service and performance.
- Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure admissions policies and procedures comply with university guidelines and accreditation standards, fostering transparency and fairness in the admissions process.
- Community and Alumni Engagement: Engage with alumni and community partners to enhance recruitment efforts and build lasting connections that support the dental school’s enrollment objectives.

| Experience & Education Background: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in admissions or enrollment management.
