Position Summary:
|
A Lead Housekeeper is primarily responsible for daily work orders, all University event set-ups and breakdowns, and emergencies, under direct supervision.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm - 11 pm; Sundays 8 am - 4:30 pm

Skills & Competencies:
|
- Demonstrate ability to effectively interact with people of diverse, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Must be able to work the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing, and kneeling while working
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with building/office occupants efficiently
- Knowledge of proper work procedures and proper use of equipment
- Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Must be able to physically lift boxes and bulk items such as furniture, supplies, etc.
- Respirator Fit Testing may be required
