Position Summary: The university seeks a dynamic and results-driven recruitment specialist to lead comprehensive recruitment efforts across graduate and digital degree programs. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency, marketing expertise, and strategic communication skills to attract and engage prospective students through innovative recruitment strategies
Position Responsibilities:  The Associate Director will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across multiple program types. This role requires a multifaceted approach that leverages both technological and interpersonal skills.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes using advanced CRM platforms like Hubspot and Recruit
  • Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns for diverse student populations
  • Representing the university at regional and national career fairs, graduate school expos, and recruitment events
  • Designing and facilitating engaging webinars and virtual information sessions
  • Providing high-touch, personalized support to prospective students throughout the application process
  • Developing targeted communication strategies across multiple digital platforms
  • Collaborating with academic leadership to highlight program strengths
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment approaches and track conversion rates

Continued success will depend on the ability to:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop compelling content that resonates with potential students
  • Maintain a high level of personal engagement throughout the recruitment process
Experience & Education Background:

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in student recruitment, preferably in higher education or online learning, is essential. The specialist must demonstrate:

  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot, Recruit)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and develop strategic insights
  • Creative problem-solving approach to student outreach
  • Comfort with extensive travel for recruitment events (approximately 20% of time)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Previous work in graduate or online education recruitment
  • Digital marketing certification
