Position Responsibilities:
|
- Develop and implement strategic goals, programs, and policies aligned with the initiative’s mission
- Oversee recruitment, admissions, mentorship, and collaborate on curricular design
- Build partnerships with community organizations to support graduates’ career paths
- Manage staff and resources, ensuring alignment with university standards and procedures
- Cultivate a strong alumni network and design professional development and cohort-building experiences
- Facilitate alumni relations, including mentorship programs, professional development opportunities, and leadership retreats
- Organize cohort-building activities and immersive experiences to foster community among scholars

Experience & Educational Background:
|
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in Jewish Studies, Education, or related field; ABD will be considered
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in education, nonprofit, or Jewish communal settings
- Demonstrated excellence in Torah scholarship, teaching, writing, and mentorship
- Expertise in program development, staff supervision, mentorship, and community outreach
- Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish communities and the landscape of women’s Torah education
