About the role

As a key influencer, you will lead initiatives that promote a strong risk-aware culture across the business—delivering targeted training and empowering teams to make informed, confident decisions.

  • Drive the maintenance, enhancement, and strategic delivery of enterprise risk, business continuity, and fraud and corruption control frameworks.
  • Empower the first line of defence by advising and supporting risk capability-building across the business.
  • Lead second line of defence oversight, integrating with key frameworks (e.g., procurement, project management) and delivering risk assurance and reporting to Executive and governance bodies.
  • Act as a trusted business partner—provide expert advice, challenge decisions through a risk and compliance lens, and collaborate with stakeholders to align Integrity & Risk systems with business goals.
  • Champion a risk-aware culture through engaging communication, coaching, training, and workshop facilitation.

About you
