About the role

The Program Manager will collaborate with a diverse range of senior leaders across the organisation, ensuring that interrelated projects deliver value, meet performance targets, and are executed with strong stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and future business objectives. Develop and communicate a clear vision and actionable goals for the department.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leading engagement with stakeholders at all levels—from delivery partners to executive leadership—while effectively navigating organisational complexity and aligning diverse interests.
  • Coach and manage leaders and professionals, fostering an inclusive, accountable, and customer-focused culture. Ensure teams feel valued, supported, and equipped for success
  • Maintain effective organisational structures and communication channels to drive staff engagement, commitment, and results. Motivate teams through strong operational leadership and clarity of purpose.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the ACE program, ensuring successful integration across diverse business areas, technologies, and stakeholder groups.
  • Manage all aspects of program delivery—including budgets, resources, governance, and quality—while monitoring performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery targets.
  • Lead the strategic direction of the program, offering expert guidance in planning, technology, business process design, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Manage the progress and integration of individual projects within the program, ensuring key milestones are achieved and dependant systems and business processes are aligned, and optimised as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks early, resolve conflicts, and manage interdependencies across projects and workstreams.
  • Develop and track KPIs and program metrics to monitor effectiveness, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have a tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management in addition to professional experience in program management and delivery.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering a complex digital transformation program covering both business and technology domains.
  • Strong understanding and experience in the implementation of, or working with modern ERP (e.g. CRM, Asset), or similarly related enterprise business systems, and technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated people management skills to support, influence and foster a productive team culture.
  • Accomplished negotiation, writing, presentation and public speaking skills to influence stakeholders and achieve support for department outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience at a Program Manager level delivering complex business systems, technology platforms and business process.
