About the role
In this role, you will be leading a team with a focus on community facilities operations and Open Space development working with a diverse range of community stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide structured support for staff to enhance quality practices and resource efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organise, and manage time to meet targets and deliver outcomes within set timelines.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms for coordinated analysis, planning, and project implementation at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Establish and support local governance structures in response to community needs and aspirations.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have project management experience, be highly motivated, able to respond and take on many tasks at the same time with experience in staff supervision and leadership development. 

You will have experience in supporting community groups in their operations to enable them to grow and prosper and respond to local community need.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in Open Space development and community facilities operations.
  • Exceptional ability to manage and coordinate complex stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans, initiatives, and projects.
  • Highly developed analytical, investigative, research and reporting skills.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in accordance with inherent requirements of the role.
