What you’ll do:

This newly created role of Business Trainee provides the opportunity to work with our Delivery Team here in our Hobart Office. This is a unique opportunity to either start or relaunch your career and work with our Delivery Team that support project managers and clients in delivering projects both here and internationally.

The Business Trainee will develop their administrative and commercial skills and provide a range of administrative services supporting the Bid Optimisation, Business Improvement and Delivery Teams. This role is an opportunity to build a career in Project Management, in an exciting industry whilst being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, seniors and teams.

You will be offered the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business and progress to a Certificate IV in Project Management, supported by on-the-job training and the experience gained from being a part of the Entura organisation.

What you’ll bring:

• Completion of Year 12, TCE or equivalent
• A customer service focus and knowledge of front office and business processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• An attitude of wanting to continually learn and develop your skills
• A driver's licence would be great
