Marian Catholic College is seeking a flexible and experienced School Administration Officer to join our school support team as a Level 4 two days a week (Thursdays and Fridays). The successful applicant will assist with a range of administrative tasks and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic school environment.
Working Days: Thursdays and Fridays
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in school administration or similar roles

Applies knowledge with depth in some areas and a broad range of skills across various tasks

Uses discretion and judgement in planning, organising and achieving outcomes within time constraints

Performs duties requiring a skill level that assumes:
– Completion of Certificate III, or
– Completion of Year 12 or Certificate II with relevant work experience
Essential skills and attributes:
- High-level proficiency in Compass

Indicative Duties:
A School Administrative Services - Level 4 employee’s duties may include but are not limited to:

Providing general administrative support to staff and leadership

Accurately maintaining student records and database systems

Responding to enquiries from students, staff, parents, and visitors in a professional manner

Supporting attendance processes and student movement records

Assisting with daily operations and school-based procedures as required
