Are you an experienced project manager ready to make a lasting impact in education infrastructure? Our dynamic Finance & Infrastructure team is looking for a Schools Development Manager to lead critical projects across our schools and offices, from concept through to completion.

About the Opportunity:

As Schools Development Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of infrastructure projects across diverse locations, driving outcomes at every stage of delivery. You will:

• Lead projects from concept to handover, providing strategic advice and expertise

• Manage the design, development, and implementation of school infrastructure

• Identify and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with governance and policy frameworks

• Oversee reporting, financials, procurement, and quality assurance

• Coordinate internal and external teams and manage a wide range of stakeholders

• Ensure all projects align with CSPD's standards and objectives

About You:

You are a confident and capable leader with the ability to balance technical know-how with effective stakeholder management. You'll bring:

• Proven experience in construction, project management, or architecture (desirable)

• A current Working with Children Check (Paid Employee)

• A proactive mindset, with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and educational outcomes
