Spotlight Retail Group is searching for a Data Analyst to join our Made to Measure (M2M) team.

As a Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of supporting data-driven decisions that shape our product strategy, supply chain, and customer experience. You'll work closely with our M2M team to help analyse sales, inventory, and operational data, uncovering valuable insights to optimize our business.

Here's What Awaits You

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate comprehensive sales, KPI, and forecast reports. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline M2M operations by managing stocktakes, order processing, and vendor interactions.
• Product Strategy: Support the Product Manager in developing effective product strategies by conducting competitor analysis and generating insightful reports.
• System Management: Maintain and update SAP and INSYTE systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Store and Vendor Relationships: Conduct regular store visits and participate in industry events to build strong relationships.

What We Are Looking For

• Ideally have prior demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Retail Industry
• Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to help identify problems and deliver information to help support effective solutions
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and report quality
• Teamwork: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
