• Customer centric mindset
• Instinct to drive retail sales. We value new ideas!
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, and inspire your team
• Big box retail leadership experience (including visual merchandising)
• Commercial acumen, including P&L analysis, trends and forecasting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intuitive and effective management of high-volume stock
• Ability to contribute to a culture which is hands-on and collaborative
• First Aid certification or undergo training (fully funded)
