The Role:

As an in-store Visual Merchandiser, you will bring our brand vision to life by leading the merchandising execution across our new HQ store. This role will balance creativity with commercial impact to inspire customers and support store teams.

• Sales Performance: Monitor sales data to make commercial VM decisions and drive store performance
• Store Presentation: Elevate and maintain standards through regular collaboration with the store leaders, ensuring we bring the adventure to life!
• Team Engagement: Empower the team to independently execute VM direction, promotional setups, and even change mannequins! Leading by example in all areas and be a mentor!
• Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing feedback to the Visual Merchandising team, including:
  regular photo updates, product positioning (floor plans), store standards, and driving opportunities to impact growth.
• Coach and mentor store teams on company guidelines within execution standards and direction. 
• Goals and Projects: Achieve visual project schedules to ensure they meet campaign and promotional goals.
• Time Management: Coordinate seasonal visual/campaign changeovers, product launches, and window updates across multiple store locations.

• Experience in a similar in-store volume VM or Cluster CM
• A flair for creativity and a strong eye for design and detail
• Confidence using VM guidelines and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration ability
• Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel to various locations, must have a full driver's license.
• Full-time availability 38 hours per week
• Full Australian working rights
