What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
At Aston Martin, we do more than build cars – we build legends. Working within the commercial team you will support the delivery of a leading digital experience for AML across the global digital ecosystem, including but not limited to Customer Relationship Manager [CRM], Configurator, Website, App and connected services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping to support the digital roadmap by learning how to track key business goals and milestones, ensuring important tasks are completed on time and to the right level of quality
- Updating website content based on a prioritised list of requirements that will be split by requirements from the business as well as your own intuition to find areas of improvement based on first hand analysis and research.
- Assisting the team in working with external suppliers, helping to monitor budgets, support smooth collaboration, and ensure projects run efficiently.
- Using digital tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce to help review how well our digital channels are performing and learning to spot opportunities for improvement.
- Taking ownership of parts of the release process for digital projects such as the configurator, supporting the project from initial ideas through to delivery and handover.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to suggest simple improvements to our apps, helping to enhance the customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX).
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an individual who is eager to learn, solve problems, and make an impact in the automotive tech world.
- You’re genuinely excited about all things digital and love the idea of working with cool automotive tech.
- You’re someone who owns your work—whether it’s smashing a project or spotting where things could be better—and you’re not afraid to take responsibility.
- You’re great at keeping things organized and bringing a bit of structure to your tasks and projects.
Essential requirements:
- BBB A-levels or equivalent, or BTEC Extended Diploma at Distinction.
- GCSE Mathematics and English at grade C/4 or level 2 Mathematics and English equivalent.
- Work towards: Digital user experience (UX) professional (integrated degree) (level 6)
- Able to commute to Gaydon headquarters by personal transport, due to limited public transport to the site.
