As a Principal, Analytics Advancement you will:

• Lead and enhance business reporting by developing best practices and improving the existing analytics and insights framework.
• Collaborate across teams to manage or support business reporting assets and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders by seeking feedback and building strong relationships within the business insights network.
• Support analytics maturity across the organisation through knowledge sharing and improved insight delivery.           

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Proven expertise in the delivery and optimisation of business analysis and insights
• Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in driving customer service excellence
• High level of proficiency in use of Tableau for data analysis and visualisation (Tableau certification preferred) and familiarity with Tableau Server
