Job Description

Serves as operational program support for the Pathways general education program. This includes: compiling meeting agendas and minutes; creating and updating resources for students, faculty, and advisors; managing and contributing to the Pathways website and Canvas site; supporting internal grant processes and databases; planning and supporting events; and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and attention to detail, a reliable and motivated work ethic, and will thrive as part of a collaborative team. A majority of the work will take place in-person, but once established, there will be some opportunity for remote work as best fits the needs of the program.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency with Office and Google suites (docs, spreadsheets, calendars, forms, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience providing support for meetings and/or events
- Experience with a learning management system (LMS) like Canvas, Blackboard, etc.
and/or html
