Job Description

The Project Support Specialist in the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) position will engage in coordinating schedules between the CETL team and faculty for course evaluations and also help support the Associate Vice Provost and Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning in terms of scheduling meetings. This position would also help with logistics in terms of securing meeting rooms for workshops, providing overall project support for cross-Center engagements such as the Conference on Higher Education Pedagogy, assist with data collection and reporting for workshop events, and provide support with analyzing data and creating reports that include data visualization. This is a 29-hour a week position.

Required Qualifications

Previous work experience in an educational environment, demonstrated ability to manage calendars and effective scheduling, experience with Microsoft 365 primarily including Word, Outlook, and Excel, ability to collaborate, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, understanding of educational theory and/or pedagogy.
