Job Description

The Curriculum & CQI Manager will work closely with the VTCSOM Office of Educational Affairs team and other key units to facilitate alignment and integration of programming and processes within the UME MD program, including curriculum design and implementation, student support, faculty and staff training, while also supporting the related CQI processes tied to accreditation, evidence-based best practices, and institutional effectiveness. The manager will serve as a bridge across leadership, governance, and operational areas to ensure seamless support for the iterative and complex nature of the education mission.

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, health care administration, public health, or a related field.
• Experience in institutional effectiveness, educational program development, quality improvement, or accreditation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Successful work experience in higher education, particularly in medical education, managing continuous quality improvement initiatives

Pay Band

Starting at $55,000, based on experience

Overtime Status

Exempt: Not eligible for overtime
