We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fleet Management Assistant to support our fleet operations, including transporting vehicles to and from campus for inspections, assisting with vehicle and golf cart cleaning, and performing general fleet maintenance tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to contribute to the smooth operation of our fleet while gaining hands-on experience in fleet management. This employee will aid the Business Manager when not assisting with fleet. Will assist the lock shop and sign shop as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate and transport a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, box trucks, and Utility Vehicles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures is helpful.
Non-Exempt: Eligible for overtime
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as a driving check with a safe driving record.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10-20 hours per week.
