About the role:
Assist in delivering a 5-kilometer dual carriageway bypass, including major roadworks and a 170-meter bridge. This $200–$250 million project enhances Sydney-to-Brisbane connectivity and supports Hunter region travel. As a Site Engineer, you'll ensure on-ground execution aligns with safety, quality, and efficiency standards while collaborating closely with the project team. Completion is set for 2026.
- Assisting with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
- Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
- Interpret designs for implementation in construction projects.
- Recommend changes to design details to increase ease of construction.
- Monitor construction progress for adherence to the program.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
- Experience on similar civil infrastructure construction projects (roadworks, bridgeworks, brownfields, under traffic management, etc.)
- Current C-Class Driver’s License.
