About the role:
As Integrated Management Systems Coordinator (IMS), you will champion to Company IMS, ensuring compliance with the system, assist in continuous improvement and change management process, and ensure compliance with technological improvements and processes. May be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
- Maintain the Company IMS by working closely with functional leads and their teams to review and update IMS documents, ensuring the change management process is documented.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure tenders, Joint Ventures, and Alliances are effectively rebranded/implemented and documented to prevent deviation from the IMS.
- Participate in and, where able, lead audits of functional departments/projects as required.
- Maintain the Corporate Audit Schedule on behalf of the National Systems and Controls Manager.
- Support the Systems and Controls team to champion the use and proactive contribution to the Knowledge Management Centre in pursuit of operational excellence.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years Project / Operational Experience (e.g. Engineer, Contract Administrator, Quality and/or Systems) in the construction or engineering industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the principles of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Demonstrable report and technical writing skills.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SharePoint (Super User / Administrator).
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy – (Microsoft Suite).
