The role:
The purpose of the Site Administrator role is to support the delivery team and provide prompt and professional management of reception, general communications, and miscellaneous support and administration for the site. You will be highly organised, able to work independently, and confidently foster harmonious relationships with all personnel.
- Daily use of the job costing system and communicating with staff to clarify issues.
- Invoice processing for docket and Purchase order-based claims.
- Assist Environmental Manager with reporting.
- Assist with general office maintenance requirements and provide effective administrative support to the project team.
- Assist in coordinating site meetings, events, and site-based travel, accommodation and relocation arrangements.
About you:
- May be undertaking Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.
- Contribute to the team and work collaboratively.
- Previous administration and data entry experience.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines whilst under pressure.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore, all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport.
