North Idaho College is looking for a Fundraising & Development Coordinator to support philanthropic efforts that benefit students, programs, and campus initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with donors, alumni, and the community to strengthen support for NIC.
In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the NIC Development Department, Alumni Association, and NIC Foundation volunteers to enhance fundraising, scholarship programs, and donor stewardship. Your work will involve cultivating meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, and community partners, planning and supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional donor experience.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and relationship-builder with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor cultivation, and database management (such as Raiser’s Edge) is highly valued. Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting pay range: $47,575 - $57,090

Work Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: Typical college schedule Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
