North Idaho College is looking for an Assistant Professor of Psychology who is passionate about teaching and supporting students.
You’ll create and update course materials, use a variety of teaching methods, and help assess learning outcomes. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll also assist and advise students, contribute to curriculum development, and support our commitment to student success.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field required. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of students, faculty, and staff from multi-cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and associated peripherals and current version of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, Internet, and alternative delivery systems (e.g., internet and interactive video) at a proficient level.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone and copier
Starting pay range: $50,834 - $70,554

Work Schedule: This tenure track position has summers off, with pay and benefits spread over 12 months!
