In this dynamic role, you’ll use professional judgment to evaluate and process admission applications and materials, support program-specific application reviews for Career Technical Education and Health Professions & Nursing, and help students understand requirements and next steps. Whether working with transfer students, managing international admissions, or assisting with competitive program applications, you’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while offering top-notch service to students and campus partners alike.

The ideal candidate brings excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail. You should be able to set priorities, feel comfortable with data systems, and balance independent decision-making with collaborative teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or Applied Associate’s degree or certification from a two-year college or professional/technical school or program and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting pay range: $19.24 - $22.13

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: typical college hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
