About the role 

As the first point of contact for customers at Greater Sydney LLS, you’ll handle a broad range of enquiries across agriculture, natural resource management, and biosecurity. You’ll triage requests, provide information, manage records and financial transactions, and support local events and meetings. 

You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement, support local engagement activities, and play a part in emergency biosecurity responses when required. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Deliver professional and timely front-line customer service 
  • Provide accurate information, guidance, and advice to customers and stakeholders. 
  • Manage receivables, cash handling, and financial reconciliations in line with procedures. 
  • Provide high-level administrative support across the business including record management and financial administration 
  • Contribute to team projects and share knowledge to enhance service delivery. 

We’re seeking someone who: 

  • Brings strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills. 
  • Thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. 
  • Works collaboratively within a team and with the community. 
  • Has strong attention to detail and can manage competing priorities. 
  • Is confident using technology and financial systems. 
 

Essential requirements: 

  • Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel as required.
