As Patient Liaison Officer you will play a pivotal role in the Patient Services Department by providing accurate and timely information to patients, relatives and staff about the use of private health insurance in a public hospital as well as other Chargeable classifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all admission documentation is signed in accordance with policy.
- Runing daily reports.
- Maintaining statistics.
- Conducting insurance eligibility checks.

Role details
- Permanent Full-Time
- Salary Classification: Admin Officer Level 3 Yr 1-2.
- Remuneration: $35.84 to $36.96 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options.
