Facilities Manager

Full-time – 24-month contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality facilities services across our portfolio. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our buildings, infrastructure, and assets are maintained to the highest standards, creating safe, compliant, and welcoming environments for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage essential services compliance and maintenance programs
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
• Lead contractor performance, tenders, and service agreements
• Deliver capital works projects on time and within budget
• Support asset management planning and lifecycle strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage budgets, reporting, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, safety, and WHS standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Proven experience in facilities, contractor, and project management
• Strong technical knowledge of building infrastructure and maintenance
• Experience with essential safety measures and compliance
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
• Solid budgeting and asset management experience
