About the role
We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our residential aged care home in Morwell.
You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
Salary- $36.82 - $37.71 per hour + 25% casual loading + NFP benefits
Casual role with shifts across AM, PM and night duty (including weekends)
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team
- Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes
- Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment
About you:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
- Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approach
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care
Compliance/Checks required
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Relevant worker screening/clearance as required (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening Check/WWCC where applicable).
- Proof of working rights in Australia.
