Job Summary The Nuclear Workforce Outreach Coordinator supports outreach, recruitment, and partnership development efforts that connect individuals, employers, schools, and community organizations to nuclear workforce training opportunities at WKCTC. This position works alongside the Technical Training Program Designer and regional partners to promote training programs and strengthen workforce pipelines into nuclear energy, advanced manufacturing, and related industries. |

Job Duties: • Supports outreach and recruitment efforts for nuclear workforce training programs by promoting career pathways and training opportunities to prospective students, employers, and community partners through employer visits, community presentations, workforce events, and informational sessions. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Workforce Development, Education, or a related field. |

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with workforce development programs or industry partnerships. |
