Job Summary The Technical Training Program Designer – Nuclear Workforce Programs collaborates with industry partners, faculty, and workforce staff to design and develop customized, industry-aligned training programs that prepare individuals for careers in nuclear energy, advanced manufacturing, and related supply chain industries through WKCTC's Workforce Solutions division. This role ensures short-term workforce training aligns with regional demand and industry standards while also exploring opportunities to embed nuclear industry competencies into existing academic programs. |

Job Duties: • Curriculum & Program Development — Ability to design and structure short-term technical workforce training, develop instructional materials, and build stackable credential pathways aligned with industry standards. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development, Education, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. |
