$110,972 - $119,506 salary package – includes base salary ($97,771 - $105,290) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This position is responsible for administering, monitoring, and maintaining TAFE NSW’s course content to ensure the reliable availability of high‑quality, current learning and assessment materials. Working within established policies, processes, and compliance frameworks, the role supports educators and stakeholders by providing guidance, responding to enquiries, and contributing to audit, review, and continuous improvement activities. Through strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach, the position plays a key role in supporting effective course content operations and positive learning outcomes across TAFE NSW.
About You
To be successful for this position you must possess:
- A relevant qualification at least a Diploma level in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting administrative and operational processes regarding education and digital content management
- Demonstrated experience in a digital content management system would be highly regarded
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
