The Opportunity
UniSC Clinical Trials is a world-class operation delivering innovative and clinically relevant research in collaboration with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and key stakeholders.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Compliance Associate to coordinate data management across assigned clinical trials, ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Data Management Practice (GCDMP), sponsor requirements, and UniSC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). In this role, you will liaise with clinical teams, support audit readiness, and contribute to high-quality, compliant clinical research operations.

You will
- perform data entry and review activities for assigned clinical trials according to protocol and sponsor / CRO expectations;
- conduct internal study data audits, and assist in preparation for external audits and inspections;
- identify and escalate data non-compliance trends, providing guidance to site teams and contributing to quality initiatives; and
- participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes, supporting a positive and compliant research environment.
About you
You are a process-driven professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You can work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and sponsor requirements while contributing to a culture of quality and integrity.
You will possess:
- A degree in Health Science, Bio-Medicine, or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and advise site teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote communication tools; and
- Ability to identify improvements in data management processes and implement quality initiatives effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience in clinical research or data management, including exposure to monitoring, internal/external audits, and electronic data capture platforms;
- Detailed knowledge of ICH GCP (E6 R2) guidelines and relevant national regulations.
