What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring injured workers receive the entitlements and care they deserve.
• Reviewing medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to make accurate, evidence-based claim assessments.
• Applying cost-effective and sustainable strategies while prioritising the wellbeing of injured workers.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive and timely case management.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Experience: Whether your background is in Workers Compensation, claims, portfolio management, or call centre operations, we value your transferable skills. A background in psychology or allied health is highly regarded.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent listening and communication skills to manage a high-volume workload with empathy and professionalism.
• Team Player: You thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment and contribute positively to team success.
• Resilient & Resourceful: Confident in navigating complex information, negotiating outcomes, and managing sensitive cases with care and resilience.
