Our Consumer, Motor claims is a fast-paced, challenging, exciting place to be and we are looking for a Motor Supplier Performance Specialist, to join this dedicated team

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop improvement strategies for the motor portfolio
  • Manage contract terms and tenure
  • Manage supplier performance including SLA’s and other contract deliverables
  • Monitor leakage indicators and propose viable solutions to category owners and business owners
  • Resolve supplier disputes with the business unit
  • Facilitate supplier audits to ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards
  • Involve the development of simple sourcing solutions in collaboration with key claims business stakeholders. 

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Performance management experience at a senior level – Mandatory
  • Insurance Institute studies – Desired
  • Experience in a general insurance environment – Desired
  • Tertiary Procurement Qualifications – Desired
  • Trade Qualifications – Desired
  • Good Project Management and change management skills are required
  • A proven self-starter
  • Strong Written and Oral Communication skills
  • Ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders across a number of business units
  • Good Presentation skills
  • Builds mutually beneficial and trust-based relationships with internal partners and suppliers
  • Takes ownership and deliver what is expected and expect the same of others
  • Works collaboratively with other teams to resolve any work or relationship issues
