About the role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Technical Analyst to join our fast-paced Digital Correspondence Platform team! If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love turning ideas into impactful digital solutions, this is the place for you. You’ll work side-by-side with tech and business stakeholders to drive high-priority initiatives that align with our I&ET and T&O strategies. As a digital expert, you’ll champion seamless customer experiences and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our delivery teams. You’ll also be a key connector—bringing teams together, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow through training and support. It’s a role where your voice matters, your skills shine, and your impact is felt.
What you'll do
- Champion digital experience by analysing and validating process, policy, and system changes with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate product vision into clear requirements and support customer operations through delivery
- Build strong relationships with tech teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth solution delivery
- Partner with corporate functions to stay aligned with business strategies and share best practices
- Engage with stakeholders across the customer journey to strengthen collaboration
- Guide UAT, support solution development, and manage post-implementation changes
What you'll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a comparable role in technology
- Advanced understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Previous experience working with software development teams
- Experience in design & implementation for digital platforms and cloud technologies such as EasyDoc, SmartCOMM, DocuSign and WalkMe
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling and associated tools
- Understanding of development technologies and tools such as AWS and Xpath
