About the role

As a Performance Analyst, you’ll provide expert support on reporting, operational analytics, and data governance across Operational Excellence and broader insurance functions. You’ll lead the design and maintenance of productivity tools, drive adoption of processes that enhance efficiency, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Partnering with the Insurance Operations Leadership Team and Reporting & Insights Initiative Lead, you’ll align analytics and governance practices to strategic goals, delivering value and supporting future business needs.

What you'll do

  • Support productivity by integrating best practices, standards, routines, and governance
  • Provide system and admin support to onshore and offshore teams
  • Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and supporting processes
  • Train and coach users to build competencies in tool capability
  • Analyse trends to identify issues, deliver insights, and recommend improvements
  • Influence Operational Excellence teams to design effective data treatment processes

What you'll bring 

  • 3+ years’ experience in project/delivery roles, ideally in financial services or insurance 
  • Previous experience with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or Redshift (or other SQL programs) 
  • Experience in Operational Excellence/Productivity programs deployment (Enlighten / other relevant productivity/process applications) – highly regarded
  • Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and strong Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
