Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Claims Officer to join our dynamic Commercial Insurance team on a 12-month secondment.

As a Claims Officer, you'll manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers, suppliers and brokers — providing expert support throughout the claim’s lifecycle. From assessing and managing claims to liaising with stakeholders, you’ll be a trusted point of contact ensuring an outstanding claims experience.

This role is open internally and is a 12-month secondment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end claims for Commercial Fleet, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide exceptional service through proactive communication with customers, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage service providers to ensure cost-effective claim outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team success through continuous improvement, collaboration, and personal development.
