What you’ll do

Business Architecture & Design - Apply structured methods to map business capabilities, processes, roles, and data across insurance functions. Develop roadmaps, assess maturity, and ensure alignment with strategy, architecture standards, and financial goals. Promote business architecture as a key input to design and decision-making, collaborating with teams across the enterprise.

Process Design & Project Leadership - Co-design future-state processes, lead transformation initiatives, and drive consistent design practices. Support business cases and strategic project alignment, coach stakeholders in analysis, and ensure technology initiatives deliver value and align with enterprise goals.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (desired)
• Business analysis or project management credentials (desired)
• Business Architecture certification (desired)
• 3+ years in Business Analysis/Architecture (Insurance a plus)
• Consulting or project leadership experience
• Continuous improvement and data analysis skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Proven delivery of transformation projects
