We’re currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Motor Claim Specialists to support our customers through their motor claim journey. Whether you're early in your career or looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Motor Claim Specialist
• Location: Onsite at our Melbourne office – 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
• Start Date: Monday 25^th August 2025
• Salary: $60,500 + 12% Super + performance-based incentives (pro rata for part-time)
• Work Model: In-office during training & hybrid working post-probation
• Training: 7 weeks of onsite full-time paid training (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm)
  Please note: No leave can be taken during the training period

Shift Patterns

Full-Time Positions (x2 available):

• Monday to Friday           Start window of 8:00am–10:00am – 37.5 hrs/week (7.5-hour shifts)

Part-Time Positions (x10 available):

• Option 1: Monday to Friday       Start between 8:00am–10:00am – 25 hrs/week (5-hour shifts)
• Option 2: Monday to Friday       Start between 10:00am–12:00pm – 25 hrs/week (5-hour shifts)

Note: "Start window" means shifts will commence anytime within that range based on roster requirements. You must be able to fully commit to your selected shift option.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering friendly & efficient customer service over the phone
• Handling motor claims with empathy, urgency, & attention to detail
• Guiding customers through the claims journey with care & professionalism
• Collaborating with team members to deliver strong service & performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills & a customer-first mindset
• Confidence using multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy & resilience when supporting customers through sensitive issues
• Team players with a commitment to growth & learning
• Previous contact centre experience is a plus – but not essential
