About the role

Join our Insurance and Enterprise Technology team as a Software Test Engineer, where you'll lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks that ensure quality across the software development lifecycle. You'll work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support our customers and business goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute testing strategies across Agile delivery teams
• Design and implement automation frameworks for web, API, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Engage with internal and external QA communities to share insights and drive innovation
• Ensure quality outcomes through contextual testing and stakeholder engagement

What you'll bring 

• 4+ years appropriate industry experience in a Software Test Engineer role
• Experience in API automation and tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python or similar languages
• Ability to build and maintain test infrastructure using cloud and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS)
• Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Skilled in source code management and build tools (e.g., Git, Maven, NPM)
