As Enablement Advisor, you’ll support Consumer Transformation and CPPP by delivering impactful engagement activities and communications. You’ll coordinate program updates, reporting, and communications, helping shape strategy, uplift capability, and foster continuous improvement across Consumer Insurance.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver engagement programs and events, including monthly updates, roadshows, and forums, to connect and inform the Consumer Insurance community
  • Coordinate monthly performance packs, reporting, and flight plans to provide clear updates to Consumer and Suncorp audiences
  • Maintain communication channels, including SharePoint and MS Teams, to ensure best practice and accessibility across the team
  • Partner with the Integration & Engagement Lead to deliver initiatives that increase alignment and collaboration across Consumer and CPPP
  • Support leaders in developing and delivering capability uplift programs to strengthen transformation outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in designing and delivering engagement activities that drive participation and connection across diverse teams
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes through collaboration
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint, enabling you to create engaging, accessible content
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Adaptability to evolving priorities, working effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Background in insurance or financial services, with exposure to customer-focused transformation initiatives
