About the Role
As Lead, Customer Insights, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Suncorp to make effective customer decisions. You’ll lead insight-driven engagements that connect customer feedback to strategic, operational, and financial outcomes. Your work will help shape customer strategy, experience initiatives, brand planning, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop performance frameworks using customer and market data, identifying themes and opportunities.
- Create and communicate the narrative of customer performance, blending qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Identify customer needs and expectations through behavioural observation and feedback analysis.
- Support planning and prioritisation by understanding customer value drivers.
- Conduct ad-hoc data requests and enhance performance reporting standards.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10 years’ experience in research, analytics, or business performance roles leveraging qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Strong background in primary and secondary research, data triangulation, and market context analysis.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets, statistical analysis, and coding languages.
- Relevant degree in Economics, Behavioural Sciences, Maths/Statistics or similar (desired).
